COVID-19 Update

 

As a courtesy to our customers and staff, we have set the following safety standards for shopping in-store: 

(1) Face mask covering the nose and mouth is requested. (We have disposable masks available for $1/each CASH ONLY or $12 Reusable/Washable Fabric Face Masks)

(2) 6 feet social distancing is expected.

(3) Hand sanitizer is available and must be used upon entry of the store and dressing rooms.

(4) Dressing rooms will be sanitized between each use.

(5) Clothing will be steam sanitized after try-ons and for returned items. 

(6) Each staff member is required to have a temperature check upon entry. Temperature must be below 100.4 to work.

 

In order to serve each customer to the fullest, we ask that you arrive to your appointment time 5 minutes early. Due to high demand and limited time slots, if the customer has not shown up for their scheduled appointment within 10 minutes after their scheduled time, we will assume that the customer is forfeiting their time slot and it could potentially be filled. 

 

During this time, our staff will clean/sanitize high traffic areas every hour. We are working to limit touch/contact with customers as much as possible.

 

Our online and shipping departments are working hard to process all online orders as quickly as possible. We are continuing to pack and ship your orders in a safe, reliable manner. Curbside pick-up is still available at both locations. If you’d like to use this service, simply select “In-Store Pick Up Murray Location” or “In-Store Pick Up Paducah Location” in the Shipping Options. You will receive an email once your order is ready for pick up. Simply pull up to the front of either store and call Murray (270) 761-2449 or Paducah (270) 557-2449 to let us know you have arrived.
